Damaged Items

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we take great care to package all items securely to prevent damage during transit. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • Email us at help@fjcustomdesigns.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
